ABOUT ME

Merwyn Dsouza

I am a passionate woodworker, and I  love to share my learning with anyone who wishes to learn. I believe you learn best when you teach.

I like to think of myself as a novice woodworker, as it keeps me humble and always learning.

I have a deep passion for woodworking and love learning joinery techniques and making them. My experiments in woodworking can be viewed on my Instagram and Facebook pages. Here you can partake in my journey, right from my initial builds i.e. passive phone speakers, nameplates,  Chidori joint coffee table, etc to current tusk table shelves, tusk tenon benches, etc.

I come from a very humble background , where hobbies take second preference. Hence I have taught myself to maximise the use of every tool available at my disposal, thereby making efficient use of my minimalist workspace and tools.

My corporate background has helped me perceive design as a solution, as it should be, making every build an interesting journey.
