What began as a passing curiosity quickly became a lifelong pursuit. With little guidance and plenty of mistakes, I learned woodworking through persistence, experimentation, and countless hours in the workshop.
Liam Skye Designs was born from a simple idea: to help others discover the satisfaction of transforming raw material into something useful, beautiful, and lasting.
Today, I mentor beginners, designers, makers, and curious minds through hands-on woodworking experiences focused on traditional joinery, hand tools, and craftsmanship. I believe people learn best when they are free to explore, experiment, and play—because every mistake is an opportunity to learn, and every project teaches something new.
